Paisley Mae Released to Go Home

Posted by on April 17, 2013

For the hundreds of followers of her story, the post heart transplant recovery of Paisley Mae has gone so well, doctors at Loma Linda University Medical Center have released her to return to her real home in the high desert.

Paisley has made a fast recovery from a devastating condition which required her to be on an external artificial heart while waiting for a donor match. During Paisley’s long stay in the hospital, her parents, Rick and Charity, stayed in a Steven’s Hope apartment.  Ten days after the transplant, Paisley was allowed to “move-in” with her parents at their home away from home until this past week.

Updated details can be found on the family’s Facebook page (A Change of Heart for Paisley Mae).
