Tony Cappelli
Tony Cappelli, a co-founder of Steven’s Hope for Children, has served as President and Executive Director since its inception. He spent over twenty years in the mortgage industy, served on the Board of Directors for the Building Industy Association and as President of the Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council (1996). Tony is married to Sandy Cappelli and they have two children.
Sandy Cappelli
Sandy Cappelli is co founder of Steven’s Hope for Children and has been on the Board of Directors since 2002. She has a Masters Degree in Business and has owned her own insurance agency since 1993. She is currently Vice President and Director of Operations of Steven’s Hope for Children. It was her experience as a mother that led to the formation of Steven’s Hope.
Dennis Costantino
Dennis Costantino has served on the Board of Directors since 2004. In addition to serving on many committees, he has recently acted as Chairman of the Golf Tournament Committee. Mr. Costantino is a Realtor Associate at Century 21 Prestige Properties in Upland and is a very active member of the local community.
Don Perchlack
Don is one of our most active Board Members. He has been a benefactor, donor and friend of Steven’s Hope for over five years. Don presently is the owner of a successful local Printing and Promotional Company, Lion Press and has been an entrepreneur for most of his career. Charity work is extremely important to Don believes that the good fortune he enjoys in his personal and professional life is a direct result of giving back. Don serves on the Board because he can see first hand how each and every donation, no matter how small or big, makes it swiftly and directly to those families that truly are in need.
Glenn Rowan
Glenn L. Rowan has served on the Board of Directors since 2008. He has over 25 years experience in both public and private accounting and assists the organization in a financial advisory position. Mr. Rowan is a business consultant for Sepe MHE and Bingo Innovation and currently serves on the board of several local organizations. He is married to Susie Rowan, has two teen-age kids, and two dogs:”Lambeau” and “Nitschke”.
Ron Nottingham
RonNottingham has over 25 years of experience with the Toyota Corporation. Since retiring from Toyota he has worked with companies both small and large to implement Continuous Improvement methodologies in their organizations. He has helped organizations implement continuous improvement and cultural change needed to thrive in all environments. He truly enjoys helping organizations learn and prosper from his years of experience. Ron has been married for 29 years and has four children.
Richard Mayo
Richard Mayo has spent over thirty years in the automobile industry and has become known for his involvement in the Upland community. He has served as a Director for the Upland Chamber of Commerce, the Upland YMCA and other local associations. Richard has been married for 28 years,
has two children, and is an avid cyclist.
