Ballpark Night July 3

Posted by on May 13, 2019

There is nothing quite like enjoying baseball on a warm summer evening in California, eating a hot dog, sipping on a soda, laughing at the team mascot and cheering on the home team.

On July 3, that is exactly what Steven’s Hope will be doing at LoanMart Field in Rancho Cucamonga.  You see, every year, Steven’s Hope invites families that it is assisting to take a day away from all their troubles, doctor appointments, financial worries and lack of funds.  That happens at Ballpark Night.

All members of the sick child’s family get to come to cheer for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes Baseball Team and Steven’s Hope pays for everything!  Tickets, hot dog, soda: all on us!  And after the game is over, the Quakes will have an awesome fireworks display that is perfect for Independence Day, even if it’s one day early!

Supporters of SHFC can make a donation of $20 to cover the cost of tickets and food for each person in the family.  $100 will help 5 family members attend.  And if you would like to join us, tickets in our section will be $10 each, but you’re on your own for food and drink.  It’s a great way to get to meet and visit with some of the families who are going through very trying times.

For more information, call the SHFC office at 909-373-0678 and speak to Amanda to sponsor a child, a family or to get tickets for yourself.
